We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive with prior experience at a social/digital creative agency. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thought leader with the ability to deliver integrated thinking and leverage their experience in managing large-scale digital creative campaigns. They demonstrate a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude, are a natural connector who develops strong relationships among various groups, and anticipate and solve problems, while being highly organized and able to manage time effectively.

You must… 

  • Have hands-on experience project managing social and digital campaigns from start to finish
  • Be comfortable interfacing with clients and leading presentations 
  • Be highly organized and adept at building timelines and managing multiple work-streams
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Have outstanding communication skills (written and presentation)

Job Responsibilities... 

  • Work with Account Director to develop strong strategic insights and proactive solutions (internal and external)
  • Manage workflow across projects (including but not limited to: capture notes in meetings, build and present creative briefs, make and manage timelines, tracking of project deliverables, manage creative resourcing for your projects, updating creative decks)
  • Work collaboratively with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work 
  • Relationship management with key client contacts and other partner agencies and vendors.
  • Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables (internal, client and partners) are accurate, on time and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals.
  • Regularly contribute to creative and strategic discussions to consistently push the work to be the best it can be

Requirements...

  • 2-3 years advertising agency experience (in account and/or project management)
  • Experience managing projects with digital and social advertising creative like Facebook, Snap, TikTok,  display banners
  • Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail & organization 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3+ years experience in digital advertising (concepting and producing ads for social and digital channels) and sales enablement (designing slideware for sales and marketing presentations). This role is a match for someone who:

  • Finds joy in details and likes hands-on work, but can also push designs forward with minimal oversight.
  • Has experience and is comfortable designing slide decks and sales presentations (Keynote, Google Sides, etc)
  • Has experience designing for social + digital campaigns 
  • Has strong understanding of various social static and digital display banner formats and sizes.
  • Has strong knowledge and skills with typography, information design/layout
  • Values pixel-perfection and organized files 

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and crafting sales decks and sales material (one-sheets, etc)
  • Concepting and producing creative ads (motion and static) across social and digital platforms
  • Producing final design files for digital campaign assets, including executing design layouts for digital banners, paid social, app assets and more. 
  • Partnering with art directors, designers and copywriters to manage and implement design and copy changes quickly and accurately 
  • Implementing design and copy changes to files quickly and accurately.
  • Preparing final files for delivery / handoff
  • Contributing to original design projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years related design experience at a creative agency, in-house creative department, or similar environment
  • Experience with design / production design of digital banners, paid social assets
  • Experience with Figma and motion design is a plus
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • An outstanding eye for detail, and commitment to consistency.
  • Clean, modern aesthetic 
  • Exceptional graphic design skills

Additionally, you will be managing projects at different stages, up and down the funnel and across all channels (social, digital, connected TV, web, email, outdoor, etc).

Your role is to:

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years experience in digital advertising in an agency or in-house setting
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing performance-driven digital campaigns (inclusive of customer acquisition and in-app engagement campaigns)
  • Digital marketing and platform expertise; fluency in connecting paid media planning with comms/creative strategy
  • Inherent curiosity to want to understand digital culture, people and behaviors
  • Experience reading paid media reports, gleaning actionable insights and converting those insights and recommendations into client-facing executive reports and internal-facing creative briefs.
  • High client EQ with the ability to anticipate what a client is looking for before they ask
  • Smooth communication and presentation skills; able to develop and guide a client through a strategic narrative
