This website is run by Collier Simon (“CoSi”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to this site for your own, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy large parts of it, scrape or harvest it, try to break or overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful.

Everything here is general information about our work. It isn’t an offer, a guarantee of results or professional advice, and we may change or remove it at any time.

Some of our work is shared privately rather than published. Each shared case-study link is issued to a named recipient and is meant for that person only, so please don’t forward it. Links may expire, and we can revoke access at any time.

When you open a shared link, we record access and viewing activity: when the link was opened, the device and approximate location it was opened from, and how you moved through the case study, including the time spent on each section. We use this to keep the work secure and to understand what was useful to you. We don’t sell it.

The content on this site, including the case studies, copy, images, video and design, belongs to CoSi or to the clients and partners we made it with, and is shown with their permission. Client names and marks belong to their owners.

You may not reuse, republish or adapt any of it without our written permission.

If you contact us or request an invitation to view work, we keep the details you send, such as your name, email address and message, so we can reply and follow up. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone who doesn’t need them to help us respond.
